2. Information we collect

When you subscribe to Travel Intelligence Brief, we collect your email address and, if voluntarily provided, your name.

We may also process subscription records, confirmation status and email engagement information generated through our email service provider.

We do not request sensitive personal information through the newsletter registration form.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Deliver Travel Intelligence Brief and related editorial updates.

• Manage and verify newsletter subscriptions.

• Understand aggregate newsletter performance.

• Respond to subscription and privacy requests.

We will not use your subscription to send unrelated marketing communications without the appropriate authorization.

4. Email service provider

We use Brevo to manage newsletter subscriptions, distribute emails and process related subscription and engagement data on our behalf.

Personal information may be processed through infrastructure located outside Mexico, subject to applicable privacy and contractual safeguards.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link included in our emails.

You may also request access to, rectification of, cancellation of or opposition to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), as well as request limitations on processing or withdraw your consent.

To submit a request, contact editorial@travelintelligencelatam.com and describe the right you wish to exercise. We will provide the applicable procedure and respond within the time limits established by Mexican law.

We retain subscriber information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, subject to applicable legal obligations.

We apply appropriate administrative and technical measures to protect personal information.
